in order to point a gun at myself to write my goddamn WIPs once I'm back from [situation] I am listing the things I keep earnestly intending to write

The rest of the chapters of Not Even Into Another Eternity, the hurt/no comfort prequel to Hand in Unlovable Hand, the fic that apparently opened a lot of lesbians' third eye about lesbian OC ships
The one I haven't named yet that's dreamscape eroguro involving a sharkgirl and a lady who turned herself into a fucked-up jellyfish
Esoteric astral plane evil snake god/divine nature avatar smut
Another fic in the series of "Tara asked me to make her suffer so by god I will provide" this time featuring Ch'en Hui-chieh as an unlikely cult leader
The Real Housewives of the Court of Stars, the warcraft fic that has lived rent-free in my brain for like six years

Imagine yourself in the following situation.

You wake up without any memories. Inspecting your person, you find a piece of paper in your pocket. It appears to be a message of some sort, but the only readable portion is the beginning, which says "Your name is [INSERT YOUR NAME HERE]."*

What, if anything, do you draw from this?

* by which I mean it would say for me, "Your name is yaysunshine" and not literally "Your name is [INSERT YOUR NAME HERE]."

There's a decent MS-DOS emulator for Mac! THIS MEANS: I am getting my parents to send me my copy of Star Wars: X-Wing right away so I can test it out. Because if I can play X-Wing on my computer, my life will officially be extremely awesome.

Although it's already pretty rad because I think I might be getting the Princess Tutu box set for my birthday~ (SIDE NOTE: WHAT IS THIS WHY AM I NEARLY 22 HOW DID I GET THIS OLLLLLLDDDD)

Have been doing 750words to get my writings done for my independent study project game—I did a bunch of heavy revisions to the beginning and I think it's much better now. I actually managed to solve a couple issues I had with the initial draft, which was cool. I have also been compiling a moodboard for the art through Tumblr that already has a semi-ridiculous amount of material >_>

Have discovered 750words, which has really been doing wonders for my writing the last few days; I think it's the little ticky boxes that get ticked off when you compete your words for the day that keep me going. Ticky! That and the interesting statistics.

In other news, I'm absolutely certain there was not this much goldenrod around before I became highly allergic to it.

I think I'm going to be brave and start posting my writing again! It's really been far too long and it's kind of lonely to write without getting any feedback. (Er, not like I ever got any feedback in the first place, really, but if at first you don't succeed, as it were, I guess.) That and I feel like I should be posting something, IDK. I'm always so bad at keeping a LJ/DW/Whatever but it's something that I'd like to be able to do.

OH GOD DCP GAME 10 IS TODAY eep—wow has this year gone fast, it was like just yesterday I was being, "uh, yeah, sure, I could attempt to ST, if you don't mind me kind of flailing around a lot since I have no idea how to do it." It's been fun and exciting! (If quite a challenge.) Although I think I'm looking forward to just being a player again next year.

Also my senior project for Animate Arts is due in like three weeks, wut, I seriously have to draw like a maniac until then because I haven't done nearly as much work as I should have. Well, on that. I've been doing quite a lot of work, I should think. Thank goodness a cappella is done for the year, anyway.

And I am hella behind on my tv-watching; there's like six episodes of FMA that I need to see, and I still need to see the last episode of Bakemonogatari, I mean seriously. Oh man and there's more V now! And I'm sure there's something else I'm probably forgetting too. Okay, I guess I'm going to have to set aside aside like a whole weekend for TV-watching at some point.

So yeah anyway.
